Return Policy

1. If customers do not like the item or if there is any defected, customers should contact us within 7 days after getting the parcel. If there is any defected or damaged, kindly take pictures of the package and the item and send to us, after confirm the problem, we will offer a refund or replacement. 

2. All returned items should be in the original packaging and customer should provide tracking number after sending back the parcel.

3. Refund will be made after receipt of the item in original condition and packaging with all components and accessories included.

Do you provide tracking information?

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
